Krystal came down for a week and a half, and we took TONS of pics! These are some nicer ones that we took at the park, so I thought I'd share a few of them! I have MANY more, but I haven't finished editing them! Enjoy!

Yesterday was really fun! Jake and I were itching to go out and enjoy the beautiful day, so we looked at a map, found a "national forest" and drove!

Uhh... this was my last attempt. It's hard taking self-portraits driving down the road, okay?!?!

So... we drove out to this lake called "Great Lake"... but "there wasn't really anything great about it," Jake told me just a second ago. There was a HUGE forest fire in the area, so the trees around it were all burnt, and the water was SOOOOO black and dirty looking! Jake did enjoy doing donuts in the parking lot though! You can see his "mark" in the picture below.

Then, we decided to drive out on other roads and "explore". That's when it really started to get fun! There was SOOOO much mud, we went mudding for a long time! In the field next to the lake this H1 helicopter landed, which was really cool to see! 

Then... as we were driving along, we saw this truck... it was stuck in the mud! So Jake pulled up and asked if he could help. Unfortunately, the guys with the truck were having a ticket being written up for them at the very moment we showed up, because they weren't even supposed to be on the road. Jake asked the officers if he could help, but the guy gave a strict warning that if he was to get stuck or cause any damage... he too would get a ticket! But he said he'd turn his head for 3-4 minutes! Haha! So they hooked up a strap to the back end and after two attempts, Jake pulled the "beast" out of the HUGE mud hole! HURRAY!!!

Then, we saw on the map another lake called "Catfish Lake". It was... gross and dirty still. And I really had to go pee!!!! So Jake turned around and nature and I got very close... :) That's my memory of Catfish Lake.

On the way home, we smelled a very "poopy" smell... and realized that it was this nasty pig truck when we came to a stop in town. Ewwww!!!

Overall, it was SOOOOOO much fun, just cruising around with my hubs! And this morning, I woke up and had waffles, coffee, and a Bible reading time! It was a great morning!

Blogger people! It's time for several new posts! But I will try posting again in a few days!

Several weeks ago, Jake and I took a day trip to Emerald Isle to go Mini Golfing. It was great! I'm just going to put on all of the photos, even though some are pretty much the same!

I got a hole-in-one!!!

Jake really enjoyed taking pics this day. And I was SOO sweaty and nasty too! Oh well, pics are great for memories sake!

Ya... that's my mighty big package of dynamite!

Jake beat me by a few points, but it was SOOOO fun! Then, he brought me over to the go-carts and paid for a ride for the two of us!!!

After that, we drove over to the beach and splashed around in the water and did some hand stands. Overall, it was a great day!
